    Abstract
This research sought to develop an art therapy-based curriculum to enhance life skills in autistic adolescents to address the rising prevalence of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and the unique challenges that emerge during this pivotal stage of life. This curriculum, grounded in a theoretical framework that integrates Social Emotional Learning, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Strengths-Based Positive Psychology, provides a comprehensive neurodiversity-affirming approach to meet the emotional and cognitive needs of autistic adolescents. It employs structured art therapy interventions to foster self-determination, self-esteem, and essential life skills in autistic adolescents, all within a safe and inclusive environment. Designed to be adaptable to various educational and therapeutic settings, this curriculum seeks to empower autistic adolescents to make decisions, fostering their autonomy and overall well-being. By leveraging the therapeutic benefits of art, this curriculum aims to equip autistic adolescents with the skills to navigate complex social situations, build meaningful relationships, and thrive in their communities.
