Abstract
This research paper explores therapy and wellness techniques and how, when integrated together, these therapy and wellness techniques can increase the mind, body, and soul connection. The literature review explores existentialism, art therapy, yoga, and nature therapy in an attempt to answer the question, can the integration of various therapy and wellness techniques increase the mind body soul connection, leading to increased well being and meaning-making in an individual’s life? The hypothesis is that integrating therapy and wellness techniques into one center will lead to increased well being and meaning making, through the holistic exploration of mind, body, and soul. The methods used for this research are structured into a business plan for an integrated therapies center. The business plan is to include the center’s mission, values, services offered, logistical considerations, and plans to make the integrated therapies center a reality.
