Abstract
Burnout is an issue that spans across professions, occurring when chronic workplace stress leads to physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion. In the high-stress sector of education, art therapy emerges as an innovative solution. Art therapy’s expressive and non-verbal nature helps reduce stress and improve emotional well-being. Through an exploration of the causes of burnout and the applications of art therapy, this review aims to offer practical strategies for enhancing mental health and job satisfaction among educators.
