1937-12-28 Bulletin of the Marxist Policy Committee

In this newsletter, the Committee attempts to draw a dichotomy between itself and Trotskyism, which seems to have taken over the Appeal.  The "Trotsky-Cannon" position is derided as centrist and revisionist.  The Bulletin also attempts to outline its own positions in contrast to those of the majority, on important issues such as Spain, the Labor Party, the Second and Third International, the USSR, war, and others.
