Abstract
The Roots & Resilience Program (R&R) is all about supporting the mental health and well-being of Black men, by understanding the unique cultural factors and challenges that might make therapy seem unappealing. By focusing on what matters to black men and being sensitive to their experiences, this program uses art therapy interventions that really connect with the participants and build trust.
