Reports:
Advisors: thank you to everyone who helped with generosity feeds last week. It was
a successful event.
President- We need to start working on Clarion’s Got Talent. Next week we need to
have themes selected for CGT.
Vice President- Tyler spoke to Corey in regard to the ticket idea to spur attendance
to hall council meetings. Furthermore, the idea has been discussed to do a lower
price prize for the hall councils and a larger prize for Interhall meetings
VP Went to the UAB meeting and discussed our float idea and Chillin and
Grillin. We are no longer doing a float for this year due to time restraints.
There is currently no reason why we will not be having Chillin and Grillin this
year. So far UAB has no money set aside for Chillin and Grillin, but however
much they have left is what is put towards this event.
They would like to start a liaison and have interhall members attend their
meetings. Right now, Lindsey and Hannah are interested in this role.
Resnet is aware of the issues that have been occurring in on campus
residence halls and are working on a solution. The wifi was updated over the
summer and may be connected to the problem.
