Reports: Advisors: thank you to everyone who helped with generosity feeds last week. It was a successful event. President- We need to start working on Clarion’s Got Talent. Next week we need to have themes selected for CGT. Vice President- Tyler spoke to Corey in regard to the ticket idea to spur attendance to hall council meetings. Furthermore, the idea has been discussed to do a lower price prize for the hall councils and a larger prize for Interhall meetings VP Went to the UAB meeting and discussed our float idea and Chillin and Grillin. We are no longer doing a float for this year due to time restraints. There is currently no reason why we will not be having Chillin and Grillin this year. So far UAB has no money set aside for Chillin and Grillin, but however much they have left is what is put towards this event. They would like to start a liaison and have interhall members attend their meetings. Right now, Lindsey and Hannah are interested in this role. Resnet is aware of the issues that have been occurring in on campus residence halls and are working on a solution. The wifi was updated over the summer and may be connected to the problem. They are looking to do a campus cleanup day for students to do more sustainability events on campus. There will be no new businesses moving into THE DEN space. Tippin will be having a roll out opening in September. They are looking for an earnie the eagle (if interested, conatact Barbara Funk.). There was a major increase in student population this year (800 freshman more than normal). VP have been looking over the Constitution and changed the constitution to reflect the changes made last semester. CFO- Attended the roundtable event yesterday. Payment requests are online now for reimbursements and such. They now have a new van that is a 12 person. We will do a 25-30 dollar basket. Bri and Thomas will be in charge of buying these products. Interhall has been doing its E-board announcements on social media and it has been going over well Interhall is looking to do more pop-up events to gain members. We will possibly be doing this with UAB. We need to get more promotional items LIKE STICKERS We are looking to getting a bulletin board, decorating our windows, or collaborating with ABLE to use their board. TABLE  Dale- He is going to be doing a bath bomb and soap program in three floors of Valley View. Kits at Walmart are very expensive, so they are going to be getting more materials separately. He is asking for $250. The program would be Sunday at 7.
