Minutes of the University Activities Board
Clarion University Of Pennsylvania
Tuesday, October 11, 2016
I.
The meeting was called to order by Schuyler Caffrey at __7:34__ PM on October 4, 2016
with the following board members present:

Approval of minutes of the regular meeting of October 11th, 2016
- A motion was made by ___Kat Cross___, second by __Carly Zukowski___, that the
minutes of the previous meeting be approved as distributed.
• Motion carried: 10-0-1
Open Forum
- Lecture would like to collaborate with NAACP
• Diabetic Awareness Dinner
• Scheduled for November 10
- Please make sure to lock office doors when no one is in the office
- Please do not side walk chalk under the roof of buildings

In the event of a strike, Recreation and Arts Chair have made the initiative to plan
several events to host on-campus to take place of class time
Programming will begin on the 19th until the 26th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Alternating craft and bingo days
Will depend on the strike and length of a strike how many additional events will be
held
