ISIT will transform a studio space into a healing oasis, complete with a large art therapy
suite, and two yoga rooms. This space will be integrated into nature and also have outdoor
studio spaces. ISIT will later offer private studios, retreat lodging, additional public spaces,
and a cafe.
Spatial/ Facility Considerations
Safety: ISIT will have safety in mind, with secured buildings/ areas, confidential therapy
suites, and minimal hazards and risks. When ISIT expands into a retreat, other safety
considerations will be taken, including private secured lodging, safe food-making areas
and practices, and well-lit paths with no obstructions to get around the property.
Space: ISIT will have at least two yoga studios large enough to accommodate at least 16
individuals each. ISIT will have an outdoor area that is at least large enough to
accommodate outdoor art therapy groups and yoga classes and will need enough
bathrooms and washrooms to accommodate clients. When ISIT expands to a retreat, other
spatial considerations will need to be made, including lodging, dining, a kitchen,
additional washrooms, and more.
Wellness & Comfort: ISIT needs to be intentionally designed to promote wellness,
relaxation, contemplation, and comfort. Numerous comfy areas will be created for clients

suite, and two yoga rooms. This space will be integrated into nature and also have outdoor

Safety: ISIT will have safety in mind, with secured buildings/ areas, confidential therapy
suites, and minimal hazards and risks. When ISIT expands into a retreat, other safety

and practices, and well-lit paths with no obstructions to get around the property.
Space: ISIT will have at least two yoga studios large enough to accommodate at least 16
