Three Bloomsburg State College students will be among 128 young musicians who will perform in a concert Sunday afternoon at two-thirty at West Chester State College. Shown with Stephen Wallace, BSC band director, right, are William Himelright, West Chester, baritone saxophone; Janice Barbar, York, second flute; and Richard Schwanger, Boyertown, third trombone. They were selected as the best instrumentalists in the bands representing 36 colleges and universities in the state. They will perform under the baton of Commander Donald W. Stauffer, conductor of the U.S. Navy Band. Guest soloist will be clarinetist John Coulehan of the U.S. Navy Band.
