1970-04-04 Jay Yanoff to speak at Institution Opener

Institute Opener - Dr. John A. Hoch, Dean of Instruction at Bloomsburg State College, is shown extending greetings to Jay Yanoff at the start of two-day institute in Hartline Science Center by the American Institute for Development Education entitled ""Understanding, Evaluating, and Educating Children With Learning Disabilities,"" while Dr. William L. Jones, Director of the Division of Special Education at BSC, and Mrs. Margaret S. Webber, Assistant Professor of Special Education and Dean of the institute, look on. Yanoff, principal speaker for this ten hour lecture institute, is principal and director of an elementary school in Louisville, Ky., and has taught at similar institutes in 13 states throughout the country for college personnel, superintendents, psychologists, and optometrists. Dean Hoch gave the welcoming address to approximately 80 participants from a four state area.
