1970-05-20 Bloomsburg State College Receives Funding From ARA Slater
Item Description
One Check, Two Hands - Elton Hunsinger, left, dean of men, and Paul Martin, right, business manager at Bloomsburg State College both had a hand in receiving the $2,000 ARA Slater Foundation check presented by Carl Rhodes, vice president and regional manager of ARA school and college services, as a non-restrictive gift to the college. In the past this annual check from ARA Slater has been used for providing scholarships and grants for BSC students from foreign countries or from states or territories outside the continental limits of the United States.
