Federal TEACH Grant Preliminary Application
The Federal TEACH grant is only for secondary education math, science, and special education
majors; special education; or elementary education/special education majors. Students must be
college juniors or seniors who have successfully passed the basic skills (CORE or PAPA) exam, or
graduate students who are pursuing a degree as a reading specialist or special education teacher.

ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION MAJORS WITHOUT SPECIAL EDUCATION
EMPHASIS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE TEACH GRANT.

Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher.

Hall. We will determine your eligibility and advise you of the next step in the application process.
