At the conclusion of the executive session, the Council will return to public session and conduct a roll-call
vote on the following resolution:
Resolved, that the Council of Trustees, Clarion University, recommends to the Chancellor and
Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education the following individuals as
continuing candidates for the position of President of Clarion University of Pennsylvania:
