I spoke with the owner of the brewing company, the ventilation hood went down a little
after five o’clock, but they did not require us patrons to show the flyer in order for us to
receive a portion of the bill.
Next week, I will have Thank You cards for us to sign.
I called Subway and set up another Dine to Donate. As we have said before, fundraising
is very important, so please encourage your friends and professors to help support us.
I set up a Dine to Donate through Applebee’s. there are two possible dates:

I received an email stating that we did not register our fundraiser on CU Connect, it is
important that we register our fundraisers prior to completing them, otherwise we will no
longer be allowed to fundraise.
I logged on and registered our Yankee Candle fundraiser
I have been looking into making Model UN an RUO as opposed to an RSO. This would
allow us to budget for our conferences. I will have more information on this next
meeting.
Last year, I brought in handouts for everyone for the meetings. This year, I will just be
emailing them out ahead of time, so please bring your laptops to our meetings, especially
starting next semester.
Anything I email or pass out will be available on CU Connect.
While researching your committee, make sure to utilize the official committee website, as
it has the past voting records available. These will be very useful when you are writing
your position papers.
