CSA Roundtable
- Found out how to use the “Check-In” app
- Way to show that we actually have events with actual members
- Jody: do it the best we can but Jody doesn’t trust technology, so do a
paper sign in as well so we can retroactively add people to the event
- Co-sponsored events are counted for both clubs but they only have to
check in on one clubs app
- Got another copy of the budget
- $500 from CSA
- $359.17 self supporting
- New logos that we have to put on posters if we are using CSA money
- Have to email someone to get the logo
- New website for space requests. Have to do a space request for CSA
advertisement
- Has to be done on AITP’s email and three days in advance

Instagram is fine
- Events will be posted on there and all of the Class groups on Facebook

Github seminar
- Before October 31st
- Should be a monday so that we can do it instead of a meeting
- 21st of October @ 7pm in Becker 122
- Hosted by Kalyn

- Broad and open to any major
- Jody had Josh coming into CIS 402 but we may just turn it into a whole thing
- Josh will need more details

- Maybe between the two seminars but the github being so late kinda messes that

- Could combine with Josh?
