Advisor’s Report
The Penn-York Research Conference is this Saturday; November 09, 2019 from
9:30AM-4:30PM
The organizers are looking volunteers, would the PEACE club be willing to help
with the organization of the conference?
President’s Report
Everything is set up for the livestream event
We have booked a room; Still Hall Room 112
Catering has been confirmed
The event will be Wednesday; November 13, 2019 @5:30
The event is a video of Dr. Benjamin Friedman discussing economic threat to
American politics
The coat drive is doing well, but we need a bigger box.
Leah will be emailing the host to clarify some of the details.
Vice President’s Report
Soles for Souls is doing well, we have approximately 300-400 shoes collected.
The churches have been a huge help.
We will send thank you notes to the churches.
There are some donations being made in the library as well.
The next step is to select a drop off date, as the shoes are quickly accumulating

Treasurer’s Report
We currently have access to our self-support, but our budget is frozen
To unfreeze the budget, we needed 15 members, while we have this registered on
CU Connect, we need 15 in attendance.
Perhaps we will have a doodle poll to set one meeting where we have fifteen
people?
We can also use the Corq app
Steele is setting up a candle fundraiser
His friend makes candles, we will sell for $12.00, and get $2.00 of profit
Orders and money are due November 25
