Lab Updates:
Prep Room:

Cell Culture:



Make sure you are cleaning up after yourself/shutting everything down. Make sure
freezers are completely shut and microscopes are off.
Humidity chamber was dried up- have to maintain with D.I. water

Rat Room:


Female is growing- think she is pregnant

-Annexin: thawed cells and maintaining
-Anti-biofilm: working on an assay with cell growth
-Compound P: redo past experiments with other protocols
-SEM: presented photos
-PRP/PRF: successful gel!!
-DBF: thawing new stock of cells
-Compound I: thawing
