Donated lab material from the Barnes Center, TRMC bake sale to give some money back
Mitch has brain cultures in the incubator, isolate neurons density gradient
Freddie= plaque assay next week
Alex = rat dissection, cardiac puncture, 1-2 weeks to see culture growth
Pat = ran silver stain last weekend and ran gel, discussion of the gel dealing with antibodies and issues to
work out for next time
Nyla = made plastic with compound I this past weekend, work in the chemical hood
DO NOT TOUCH THE FROG!! Frog is infected with Bd, what should you expect to see and when should
you see it?
Everyone should be keeping lab notebooks; conclusions are important
No mixing chemicals together if unsure of what will happen next
Megan Berry = Spaghetti dinner tomorrow night, 6 dollars per person, Methodist church on wood
street, 5-7P, please come if you can!
Lab policy about handling bases and acids, everyone need to sign it when its ready
