Cell Culture – No contaminations, Dr. Dias has a cell culture incubator set up to the left of ours,
you should not be using this! It has a lower CO2 % that what our cells require!!!
Prep Room – All good
Rat Room – Rats are all good – 42 rats and planning for more for summer class
Bd – SEM imaging on Tuesday 5 pm
BTV – Gathering data
Acetaminophen – Compiling and analyzing data for poster
Biofilm – Made “a shit ton of broth”
Compound I – Nothing happening
Compound P – Testing distillate on bacteria
HSC – Dr. Boyden is analyzing and preparing the data
Annexin 1 – Starting up new flasks again
