Minutes of the University Activities Board
Clarion University Of Pennsylvania
Tuesday, September 20, 2016

I.

The meeting was called to order by Schuyler Caffrey at __7:38__ PM on September 20th,
2016 with the following board members present:

-A motion was made to suspend Business for Emergency Elections was made by Vick
Sasenarine and seconded by Tyree Mitchells. Motion passed 10-0-1.
- Lecture Chair nominees included Ivana Chambers-Bennett and Sammy Slack.
• Ivana Chambers-Bennett was voted in as Lecture Chair
- Chamber of Commerce is looking for volunteers to the Autumn Leaf Festival Parade

Minutes of the regular meeting of September 19th, 2016
- A motion was made by ___Melanie Peckman___, second by ___Anthony Harper___,
that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as distributed.
• Motion carried: 7-0-3
