Minutes of the University Activities Board
Clarion University Of Pennsylvania
Tuesday, September 27, 2016

I.

The meeting was called to order by Schuyler Caffrey at __7:23__ PM on September 27th,
2016 with the following board members present:

- New toner is being ordered for the printer. Network connection is still under question;
computer support has been notified.
- Bulletin boards are being placed back up on the walls, designation of boards is still in
discussion.

Minutes of the regular meeting of September 20th, 2016
- A motion was made by ___Anthony Harper___, second by __Vick Sasensarine___,
that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as distributed.

Tech Advisor Report:

Large bands coming in next week, have the goal to have all of tech set up before
arrival
For the Homecoming Dance, set up will be start at 9 a.m.
During ALF weekend, if anyone needs assistance or help, don’t hesitate to call

President Report:

Racquet ball court closest are now open and will be available to Campusfest and Arts
to store their supplies in there
If making posters, please make sure to include the UAB and Clarion University logo
on the poster
Make sure to keep the table in the offices clean for others to use
Chairs are back for the office, to be returned from outbound

Vice President Report:

Live performances should have teasers for upcoming events: gets people excited
Participate in the tailgate and have fun

Secretary Report:

Please email meeting minutes and contact list for co-chairs

Pep rally at 7 pm
• Dance teams, Court, residence hall winners, football team and cheerleader
teams present
Saturday at 9 am is Homecoming Dance setup
Murder Mystery: everything is done and planned for

Oct. 8 will have a late night UFC event: wings, games, fun

CampusFest Report:

Conducted interviews and gained 12 new members for a total of 21 committee
memebers
