Minutes of the University Activities Board
Clarion University Of Pennsylvania
Tuesday, November 15, 2016

The meeting was called to order by Schuyler Caffrey at __7:33__ PM on November 15,
2016 with the following board members present:

Approval of minutes of the regular meeting of November 8, 2016
- A motion was made by __Kayla Handy___, second by __Kayla Vanholten___, that
the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as distributed.
• Motion carried: 9-0-1

No longer updating Instagram and Snapchat, will focus on Facebook and Twitter
Have to fill out a Social Media event form two weeks into an advance in order for a
social media presence

Lecture Report:

Soul Food Sunday was great despite poster conflict
Possibly bring in the founder of Ben and Jerry’s

Determining a date for Little Sibs Weekend
