1949-1955: Includes revised/recommended customs policy, President Andruss’ annotations,
budget policy (budget allocations and expenditures), extensive cheating on tests and how to fix it, dances,
open discussions, care of college lounge, elections, West Chester Student Government Conference,
college scholarships and loans, barber shop on campus, new students’ orientation/policies, Customs
Committee, and meals for day people
1955-1960: Includes budget (allocations and expenditures), scholarship funding, Televisions Sets
in Husky Lounge, location of bulletin boards, elections, constitution of men’s dormitory association,
awards (awards committee), social conduct of student body, raising the community activity fees, revised
constitutions/policies, and parking
1960-1967: Includes (allocations and expenditures), constitution revisions, policies, President
Andruss’s annotations, television sets in lounge, constitution’s for clubs, elections, new council members,
four freshman concert, bookstore committee, food not from campus delivered to dorms, parking
violations, social calendar, May Day dance and homecoming. The minutes also concern the April 1965
Centennial Gymnasium sit-in that resulted in a number of student grievances being presented to the
college administration.

elections, homecoming, “Big Name Entertainment”, housing problems, reports, and investigation
regarding the president

approval), reports by committees, open forums, proposed amendments to constitution, proposals, parking
policy, and financial aid
