This journal contains several sections concerning student’s loans. One section contains a list of
paid student accounts by date paid. There is a section for cash books where they recorded the
money that came in for the month each year, as well as, another section for cash books recording
the 4% interest on student loans and listing the interest income on loans. There are sections
listing the students who qualified for the Teacher Cancellation Certificate and the Military
Cancellation Certification. There is a section labeled General Journal describing any details
involving loans. There are sections for cash on hand and in depository. There are sections for
funds receivable from federal government, institution, and loan principal adjustments. There are
sections of federal and institutional capital contributions authorized. Other smaller sections
include various other details concerning loans and the money they received from them.
