Box 1:
Set 1: Student Loan Account Books, 1959-1983

Lists student accounts paid in full. Includes interest accrued, interest collected, debit ceased, loan
principal, and account balance. It also states the students’ names, the date they started the loan,
each day they made a payment towards it, and the date they fully paid back their loan.

Set 2: Student Loan Account Books, 1965-1984
Lists student accounts that were not paid out until 1984-1983, or never paid out. . Includes
interest accrued, interest collected, debit ceased, loan principal, and account balance. It also
states the students’ names, the date they started the loan, each day they made a payment towards
it, and if paid in full they mark it on the page. On some pages there are remarks on the bottom of
the page stating if they were billed again, explaining why they have not paid, or when they are
planning to pay.

Student Accounts Outside of Alphabetical Run, 1 folder
National Defense Loan Account Books, 1977-1983
This only includes loans taken out from the National Defense. Includes interest accrued, interest
collected, debit ceased, loan principal, and account balance. It also states the students’ names, the
date the loan was issued, and each day they made a payment towards it.

Student Loan Account Journal, 1985-1987
3 folders
The journal lists all student loans. It recorded each student’s name, their corresponding loan
number sequence, their address, their phone number, and their account number. It also lists when
the loan was placed, if there were any past due loans, the amount of the loan, the loan balance,
and interest accrued. Overall, the binder contains any students’ loan information.
