Comprehensive Ledgers, 1878-1890

3 volumes - Cover all income and expenditures
Each ledger starts with an index listing of who is charged what, or what they paid for, and the
page number with the entry. These ledgers included students, supplies, books, professors,
payments to businesses/companies, etc. Some pages indicate if the payment was done by cash or
bill. Each entry has a corresponding date, and the amount they were paid, or amount received to
the school (to cash and by cash, to bill by cash). Additionally, each entry indicates what each
person owed to the school and why.
