Each four-page report spans a given month. The first page splits up expenditures between
distribution by object classification and distribution by function classification, for the
current month and a running total for the current two-year biennium. The second page
contains the distribution by object and function classification. The third page lists
income, receipts, transmittals, and repayments. The fourth page lists a statement of fixed
capital, a statement of repairs and fixed capital charged to institutional allocation, and a
statement of special fund balances and transaction.
