RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE
BOROUGH OF EDINBORO IN SESSION ASSEMBLED THAT:

WHEREAS, Dr. John Marsh is the Chairman of the Conneauttee
Historical Society and.
WHEREAS, Dr. John Marsh has requested $500.00 to be used by
the Historical Society to apply for a matching grant through the Public
Committee for the Humanities in Pennsylvania,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Borough
of Edinboro in regular session has authorized the maximum sum of $500.00
in the form of in-kind services and cash to be issued to the Conneauttee
Historical Society in the event the aforementioned grant is approved by
the Humanities Committee for a matching sum required through said grant.
