Meeting of the Executive Board:Edinboro H.S.

Present:Mack Hoch,Greg Lessig,Jean Davis,John Marsh
The Board was notified that the PCH had accepted the "rural
experience" proposal.In anticipation of that proposal Greg Lessig
had prepared a tentative schedule of events for the day of the
public meeting.lt met with general approval.See copy attached.
It was decided to limit the number of those attending the forum
to 150 individuals.Considerable discussion followed concerning
groups and individuals to be notified by way of publicity releases.
It was agreed that a mailing list should be constructed well in
advance of the release of the first materials.
The matter of touring area farms came in for discussion and it was
decided to add Marge Eason’s Bole Run Farm to those already selected.
Her permission will be secured.As well,it was decided to provide
alternate possibilities,such as the showing of pertinent;films.Bill
Urash was suggested as a likely resource person in this connection.
One modification in the program of events was the addition of an
open house to be held at the Boro Building.At that time wine and
cheese will be served.If possible,the H.S.will co-ordinate a display
of local materials.
