HEAD COACH
CHARLES CHRONISTER begins his
third year as head tutor of the
Huskies after compiling records of
18-7 and 20-5 during his first two
seasons on the Hill. Last year Chronister was honored as the Coach-ofthe-Year in District 19 of the NAIA
as the Huskies established school
records with 14 consecutive and 20
season victories.
A native of East Berlin, Pennsylvania, Chronister attended Bermudian Springs High School where he was a
standout athlete. He matriculated at East Stroudsburg
State College and played varsity basketball and baseball
for the Warriors. He earned both his Bachelor of Science
and Master of Science degrees in Health and Physical
Education at ESSC.
. During the 1962-63 season at East Stroudsburg, he
served as freshman basketball coach and guided the team
to a 17-2 record. He went to Gettysburg after three successful years at Hanover (Pa.) High School. At Hanover,
his jayvee and varsity teams were 59-9 while winning
county championships and participating in the PIAA District Ill Class A playoffs.
Coach Chronister joined the Bloomsburg faculty during
the summer of 1971 coming from Gettysburg College
where he was the assistant basketball coach for four years.
In addition to coaching the freshman team at Gettysburg,
one of his chief responsibilities was recruiting talent for
head coach Bob Hulton. This aspect of his coaching background has been most valuable to Bloomsburg State as he
and assistant Coach Burt Reese have filled the team roster
with outstanding athletes in their quest to maintain and
improve one of the outstanding small college basketball
programs in the East.
Chronister is married to the former Carol L. Strausbaugh of Hanover, Pa. They have two daughters, Lee
Ann, age 6 and Caryn Lynn, age 4. The Chronisters reside
at 1248 Old Berwick Rd., Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
DEPARTMENT CHAIRMAN
DR. CONRAD A. BAUTZ was appointed Chairman, Department of
Health, Physical Education, and Athletics in June, 1972. A 1956 Brooklyn
College graduate, he served at his
Alma Mater in a number of capacities prior to coming to Bloomsburg.
Dr. Bautz is responsible for the administration and supervision of the
total physical education and athletic
program at the college, including
varsity athletics.
FRESHMAN COACH
BURTON REESE took over the reins
of the frosh cagers at mid-season of
1968-69 when he joined the BSC Department of Physical Education in
January. During this time, the freshmen have posted a record of 56-22
with last year's team finishing 14-1.
Along with his outstanding ability
as freshman coach, Reese coordinates the recruiting program which
has brought numerous fine athletes to Bloomsburg State
during the past five years.
A native of Taylor, Pennsylvania, he received both
his Bachelor of Science and his Master of Education degrees at East Stroudsburg State College. At ESSC he assisted in the basketball and tennis programs as a graduate assistant.
After leaving ESSC, he joined the faculty of Old
Forge (Pa.) High School where he was assistant basketball
and football coach. He was next Athletic Director, tennis,
and assistant basketball coach at Abington Heights High
School, Clarks Summit (Pa.) for 3½ years.
He has also served as tennis coach at BSC for the
past three seasons.
FACULTY ASSISTANT
DR. MICHAEL HERBERT, a former
tennis and cross country coach at
BSC, has been active assisting in
many phases of the basketball program for the past eight years on a
voluntary basis. A native of Lansford, Pennsylvania, "Doc" received
his degrees at the University of
Maryland and Lehigh University and
is a professor of Biology. He is very
knowledgeable on the game of
basketball.
TRAINER
PAUL SLOCUM, a native of Massachusetts, was appointed Physical
Therapist at BSC in the fall of 1972.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dakota Wesleyan University, S. Dakota, and was awarded
his Certificate of Physical Therapy
from the School of Allied Medical
Professions, University of Pennsylvania; he was recently licensed for
the state of Pennsylvania. In addition to his trainer duties
for the varsity and intramural programs, he also serves as
physical therapist for the student body and members of
the faculty.
..
SEASON'S OUTLOOK
'!O
A year ago we stated that Bloomsburg State College
hod perhaps the best basketball talent it hod in the post
ten years. This year, Cooch Charles Chronister, now in his
third year at the helm of the Huskies, feels the talent is
even better.
Bocking up lost year 's statement, the Huskies went on
to finish the season with a 20-5 overall record and a 10-4
Pennsylvania Conference record. They finished 17th in the
notion of NCAA college division in scoring margin; were
ranked number one in Group Ill of ECAC; won the Indiana (Po.) Christmas Tree Tournament; ployed in the first
annual ECAC tournament finishing second; and established
two BSC primary school records by winning 14 straight
games and 20 games for the season, along with several
other BSC records.
One of the prime reasons for such on outstanding season was the performance of junior 6' 8" center John W illis,
who received NAIA All-American Honorable Mention
honors. Willis was also the leading scorer in the Pennsylvania Conference and was named to the All -Conference
First Team and to the Notional Association of Basketball
Coaches All-Star Team of District II. He also was named
to the first team of the ECAC Division Ill selections. Willis
shot 53.8% from the field averaging 21.4 points per game.
He pulled down on overage of 15.6 rebounds per game
in the 25 games.
Chronister hos six returning lettermen includ ing four
starters. The only letterman lost through graduation from
lost year's team was captain Art Luptowski, one of the
best boll handlers, ploymokers in BSC's history who was
selected to the Pennsylvania Conference First Team and
was a NAIA All-American Honorable Mention. In addition
to Willis, the other returning starters ore 6'2 " senior Joe
Kempski, who averaged 12.5 p.p.g .; 5'10" senior Tony
DoRe, who averaged 12.5 p.p.g.; and 6' 4" junior Gory
Tyler, who averaged 6.5 p.p.g. and was the teom ·s second
leading rebounder.
The other two returning lettermen ore 6'0" senior Gory
Choyko, who hit on 9.9 p.p.g., and 5'11" Mike Ognosky,
who was Luptowski "s replacement in bock court. Another
returnee, 6' 4" Ron Keller, who is very strong, will be utilized as a backup center behind Willis. Up from lost
year 's frosh team that posted a 14-1 record ore sophomores 6'3" Bob Porombo and 6'2" Rich Yanni, who were
the number one and two point getters. Rounding out the
eleven-man squad ore freshmen 6'5" Jerry Rodocho and
6'3" Rich Evans. This is the first year that Chronister hos
used freshmen on the varsity squad.
Bloomsburg again faces on extremely tough schedule.
In addition to the regular Pennsylvan ia Conference powerhouses including Cheyney, East Stroudsburg, and Edinboro;
the Huskies will participate in the Roanoke Classic in December, which includes the outstanding teams of Roanoke,
Norfolk State, who averaged 95 points per game lost year,
and the University of New Hampshire. The Huskies will
also be bock to defend their Christmas Tree Tournament
title, facing Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Mt. Union,
and Denison. Along with aiming for the Pennsylvania Conference title, Bloomsburg hopes to come up with a good
enough record to participate in post-season tournament
play as it has for the past two years.

HUSKY PLAYERS
TEAM CAPTAIN
All-American Candidate
JOHN WILLIS - 6'8", 220, senior,
Carbondale, Pa . Last season John set
five individual all-time records for
Husky basketball-among them were
the most points in one season (532);
most field goals in one season (231 );
and most •rebounds in one season
(389). John currently stands fourth
among the leading scorers in BloomsJ burg history with 890 points and he
No. 44-45
has still one more year to terrorize
opponent's defenses! Last year he was honored by the
NAIA for the second straight year as an honorable mention All-American, given recognition by the National
Coaches Assoc. on their District II team, first team AllConference, leading scorer in the Conference, MVP in the
Christmas Tree Classic at Indiana University and named
on several ECAC teams of the week. John was also honored by Bloomsburg State as the recipient of the ARA
Slater Award as the outstanding underclass athlete in the
college. John is a graduate of Manville H.S. in New Jersey and is aA Elementary major in the School of Education. John's offensive talents lie in his strength and quickness around the basket area, along with his ability to
shoot the jump shot with amazing accuracy with a range
of 15-18 feet. Along with these offensive skills, he is a
constant intimidator and shot blocker at the defensive
end of the floor.

GARY CHOYKA - 6'0", 160, Senior,
Clarks Summit, Pa. Gary has been
the Huskies' " sixth man " during the
past two seasons and has been an
invaluable member of those winning
teams coming off of the bench. Best
known for his soft jumpers of seemingly unlimited range, Gary averaged 9.3 points as a soph . and 9.9
points last year. During last season's
No. 14-15
winning effort in the Christmas Tree
Classic, Gary was accorded all-tournament honors with
his performance coming off of the Husky bench-a real
tribute to a fine young man and talented player! Gary
will be one of the players giving Coach Chronister great
experience and depth at the guard spot this year. He is
a social studies major in the School of Education.

TONY DaRe - 5'10", 176, Senior,
Allentown, Pa. "When you're hot,
you 're hot!" This phrase might best
describe Tony, who is possibly the
most explosive .• offensive player on
the team. Possessing great physical
talent, Tony has the kind of game
that can cause many problems for
opposing defenses both outside and
around the basket area. A starter on
No. 22-23
last year's 20-5 team, Tony scored
228 points, averaging 12.5 a game. He had two 23 point
games in a row while hitting for 19 on several occasions.
As a guard, Tony was the third leading rebounder averaging 5.5 per game. Tony is one of the more personable
players on the team, and he and his wife "Chris" lighten
up any crowd-not only the ones at Nelson Fieldhouse!
He is a major student in Secondary Education.

RICHARD EV ANS - 6'3", 185, Freshman, Wayne, Pa . Rick is one of two
freshmen that have been named to
the Husky varsity team this yeara very noteworthy fact if for nothing
more than this is the first time in over
ten years that a freshman has been
selected on the varsity. Rick played
his high school basketball for Gerald
Gasser at Conestoga H.S. and was
No. 30-31
named First Team All -Conference in
the tough Central League and All-Delaware County in an
area where basketball is king. Rick has demonstrated an
outstanding ability to rebound and be " around the ball"
at the right time. Couple this with a 20 point per game
high school scoring average and it is easy to see why he
figures strongly in the Huskies' program not only this year
but for many to come. Rick is currently enrolled in the
School of Liberal Arts.
RON KELLER - 6' 4", 190, Junior,
Clarks Summit, Pa. Ron figures to be
the back-up center behind John Willis during this 1973-74 season. While
Ron may not possess the size of
Willis, he is very strong and no onr
works harder in executing the necessary fundamentals for the position .
Ron has shown an exceptional talent
for defensing the big man in the
No. 34-35
basket area and his presence will
add to the Huskies' team style of play on defense. He is
one of two current players from Abington Heights who
played for Stan Majarka. Future plans indicate a career
in Elementary Math Education.
Year 1972-73, G 11, FG -FGA 8-15, Pct. 53.3, FT-FTA 5-6, Pct. 83 .0, Reb.

JOE KEMPSKI - 6'2", 200, Senior,
Philadelphia, Pa. After playing a
forward position on last year 's 20-5
team, Joe moves to the back court
and appears to be the man who will
provide the necessary direction from
that position. A multi-talented player,
perhaps Joe's greatest asset to the
team is his knowledge of the game
and the abil ity to control and steady
No. 24-25
the situation both on offense and defense. He fin ished last season very impressively, being
named to the ECAC All-Tournament team and it is expected that his play there is an indication of the type of
season he will have this year. Joe came to Bloomsburg
from Farmingdale Community College where he played
on one of the many fine teams produced by Coach Tom
Galeazzi. Joe is one of the most popular members of the
team, and he plans to enter the field of accounting upon
graduation.
Year 1972-73, G 24, FG-FGA 108-233 , Pct. 46.5, FT -FTA 60-82, Pct. 73.2,
Reb. 112, Avg. 4.7, Assists 98, TP 276, Avg . 12.5.
MIKE OGNOSKY - 5'11 ", 155, Junior, Moscow, Pa. Mike returns to the
Husky roster this year after spending
a season behind All-Conference and
Honorable Mention All-American
guard, Art Luptowski. Artie has graduated but the experience Mike
gained playing against him should
prove invaluable to him in his play
this year. Mike earned his varsity letNo. 12-13
ter last year, and in the process,
gained a spot in the Husky record book with his accuracy
from the foul line shooting 17-19 or 89.5%. Mike was an
outstanding high school cager playing for "Chippy" Salerno at North Pocono H.S. Mike is enrolled as a social
studies major in the School of Education.
Year 1972-73, G 16, FG-FGA 19-43 , Pct. 44 .2, FT-FTA 17-19, Pct. 89.5,
Reb. 13, Avg . .8, Assists 5, TP 55, Avg. 3.4.
BOB PO RAMBO - 6'3", 180, Sophomore, Summit Hill, Pa. Bob begins
his varsity career after a very impressive and successful freshman season. He was the second leading scorer (12 p.p.g.) and leading rebounder
(11) on the 14-1 Burt Reese led JV
team of a year ago. Bob is expected
to continue to do well in these categories for the Husky varsity, who
No. 42-43
desperately need the depth at the
forward position. Playing his high school basketball for
Coach Phil Radar at Panther Valley, Bob comes to Bloomsburg as one of the more fundamentally sound players in
the program. Bob is currently enrolled in the School of
Business as a major in Business Administration.
JERRY RADOCHA-6'5", 190, Freshman, New Cumberland, Po. All-Conference and All-State honors, Outstanding "Closs B" player in the
Harrisburg Area, and now a Husky.
Jerry comes to Bloomsburg as one of
the finest freshman prospects in
years, and it is expected that he will
make a significant contribution to
their winning effort this season. Some
No. 40-41
of the areas that should show improvement with Jerry in the lineup is the team's rebounding strength and inside scoring punch other than John
Will is. An outstanding boll-handler, Jerry will add a
completely new dimension to the Husky style of play. He
is enrolled in the School of Business.
GARY TYLER - 6'5", 185, Junior,
Audubon, Pa. Gory returns to the
Husky lineup ofter earning a starting
position on lost season's team as a
sophomore. He started every game
and finished the year as the second
leading rebounder (8 p.g.) and a
49% shooting percentage from the
floor for a 6.5 scoring average.
Gary's greatest contributions to the
No. 32-33
team are found in his aggressive rebounding and his steady defensive play on the opposition's biggest forward. It is expected that his scoring average will show a marked increase during this 1973-74 season. One of the fine scholars on the team, Gory is enrolled in the School of Business.
Year 1972-73, G 24, FG-FGA 73-149, Pct. 49.0, FT-FTA 10-22, Pct. 45 .5,
Reb. 189, Avg. 7.9, Assists 50, TP 156, Avg. 6.5.
RICH YANNI - 6'2", 170, Sophomore, Ambler, Pa. Last season's JV
team compiled an outstanding 14-1
record, and one of the big reasons
was Rich's team leading scoring
punch (17 p.p.g.) and 9 rebounds
per game average. Rich brings his
great scoring ability to the 1973-74
varsity along with a hustling, aggressive defensive style of play. A jump
No. 20-21
shooter with seemingly unlimited
range, it is expected that Rich will leave many Husky fans
and foe shaking their heads with his scoring antics. He
was an outstanding high school player who gained much
recognition as he led the fine Wissahickon team of Coach
Steve Comer to a season record of 25-1 and District I,
Class A Championship of two years ago. Rich is presently
enrolled in the School of Business.

HEAD COACH
CHARLES CHRONISTER begins his
third year as head tutor of the
Huskies after compiling records of
18-7 and 20-5 during his first two
seasons on the Hill. Last year Chronister was honored as the Coach-ofthe-Year in District 19 of the NAIA
as the Huskies established school
records with 14 consecutive and 20
season victories.
A native of East Berlin, Pennsylvania, Chronister attended Bermudian Springs High School where he was a
standout athlete. He matriculated at East Stroudsburg
State College and played varsity basketball and baseball
for the Warriors. He earned both his Bachelor of Science
and Master of Science degrees in Health and Physical
Education at ESSC.
. During the 1962-63 season at East Stroudsburg, he
served as freshman basketball coach and guided the team
to a 17-2 record. He went to Gettysburg after three successful years at Hanover (Pa.) High School. At Hanover,
his jayvee and varsity teams were 59-9 while winning
county championships and participating in the PIAA District Ill Class A playoffs.
Coach Chronister joined the Bloomsburg faculty during
the summer of 1971 coming from Gettysburg College
where he was the assistant basketball coach for four years.
In addition to coaching the freshman team at Gettysburg,
one of his chief responsibilities was recruiting talent for
head coach Bob Hulton. This aspect of his coaching background has been most valuable to Bloomsburg State as he
and assistant Coach Burt Reese have filled the team roster
with outstanding athletes in their quest to maintain and

with last year's team finishing 14-1.
Along with his outstanding ability
as freshman coach, Reese coordinates the recruiting program which
has brought numerous fine athletes to Bloomsburg State
during the past five years.

Maryland and Lehigh University and
is a professor of Biology. He is very
knowledgeable on the game of
basketball.

In addition to the regular Pennsylvan ia Conference powerhouses including Cheyney, East Stroudsburg, and Edinboro;
the Huskies will participate in the Roanoke Classic in December, which includes the outstanding teams of Roanoke,
Norfolk State, who averaged 95 points per game lost year,
and the University of New Hampshire. The Huskies will
also be bock to defend their Christmas Tree Tournament
title, facing Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Mt. Union,
and Denison. Along with aiming for the Pennsylvania Conference title, Bloomsburg hopes to come up with a good
enough record to participate in post-season tournament
play as it has for the past two years.

HUSKY PLAYERS
TEAM CAPTAIN
All-American Candidate
JOHN WILLIS - 6'8", 220, senior,
Carbondale, Pa . Last season John set
five individual all-time records for
Husky basketball-among them were
the most points in one season (532);
most field goals in one season (231 );
and most •rebounds in one season
(389). John currently stands fourth
among the leading scorers in BloomsJ burg history with 890 points and he
No. 44-45
has still one more year to terrorize
opponent's defenses! Last year he was honored by the
NAIA for the second straight year as an honorable mention All-American, given recognition by the National
Coaches Assoc. on their District II team, first team AllConference, leading scorer in the Conference, MVP in the
Christmas Tree Classic at Indiana University and named
on several ECAC teams of the week. John was also honored by Bloomsburg State as the recipient of the ARA
Slater Award as the outstanding underclass athlete in the
college. John is a graduate of Manville H.S. in New Jersey and is aA Elementary major in the School of Education. John's offensive talents lie in his strength and quickness around the basket area, along with his ability to
shoot the jump shot with amazing accuracy with a range
of 15-18 feet. Along with these offensive skills, he is a
constant intimidator and shot blocker at the defensive
end of the floor.

GARY CHOYKA - 6'0", 160, Senior,
Clarks Summit, Pa. Gary has been
the Huskies' " sixth man " during the
past two seasons and has been an
invaluable member of those winning
teams coming off of the bench. Best
known for his soft jumpers of seemingly unlimited range, Gary averaged 9.3 points as a soph . and 9.9
points last year. During last season's
No. 14-15
winning effort in the Christmas Tree
Classic, Gary was accorded all-tournament honors with
his performance coming off of the Husky bench-a real
tribute to a fine young man and talented player! Gary
will be one of the players giving Coach Chronister great
experience and depth at the guard spot this year. He is
a social studies major in the School of Education.

TONY DaRe - 5'10", 176, Senior,
Allentown, Pa. "When you're hot,
you 're hot!" This phrase might best
describe Tony, who is possibly the
most explosive .• offensive player on
the team. Possessing great physical
talent, Tony has the kind of game
that can cause many problems for
opposing defenses both outside and
around the basket area. A starter on
No. 22-23
last year's 20-5 team, Tony scored
228 points, averaging 12.5 a game. He had two 23 point
games in a row while hitting for 19 on several occasions.
As a guard, Tony was the third leading rebounder averaging 5.5 per game. Tony is one of the more personable
players on the team, and he and his wife "Chris" lighten
up any crowd-not only the ones at Nelson Fieldhouse!
He is a major student in Secondary Education.

RICHARD EV ANS - 6'3", 185, Freshman, Wayne, Pa . Rick is one of two
freshmen that have been named to
the Husky varsity team this yeara very noteworthy fact if for nothing
more than this is the first time in over
ten years that a freshman has been
selected on the varsity. Rick played
his high school basketball for Gerald
Gasser at Conestoga H.S. and was
No. 30-31
named First Team All -Conference in
the tough Central League and All-Delaware County in an
area where basketball is king. Rick has demonstrated an
outstanding ability to rebound and be " around the ball"
at the right time. Couple this with a 20 point per game
high school scoring average and it is easy to see why he
figures strongly in the Huskies' program not only this year
but for many to come. Rick is currently enrolled in the
School of Liberal Arts.
RON KELLER - 6' 4", 190, Junior,
Clarks Summit, Pa. Ron figures to be
the back-up center behind John Willis during this 1973-74 season. While
Ron may not possess the size of
Willis, he is very strong and no onr
works harder in executing the necessary fundamentals for the position .
Ron has shown an exceptional talent
for defensing the big man in the
No. 34-35
basket area and his presence will
add to the Huskies' team style of play on defense. He is
one of two current players from Abington Heights who
played for Stan Majarka. Future plans indicate a career
in Elementary Math Education.

JOE KEMPSKI - 6'2", 200, Senior,
Philadelphia, Pa. After playing a
forward position on last year 's 20-5
team, Joe moves to the back court
and appears to be the man who will
provide the necessary direction from
that position. A multi-talented player,
perhaps Joe's greatest asset to the
team is his knowledge of the game
and the abil ity to control and steady
No. 24-25
the situation both on offense and defense. He fin ished last season very impressively, being
named to the ECAC All-Tournament team and it is expected that his play there is an indication of the type of
season he will have this year. Joe came to Bloomsburg
from Farmingdale Community College where he played
on one of the many fine teams produced by Coach Tom
Galeazzi. Joe is one of the most popular members of the
team, and he plans to enter the field of accounting upon
graduation.

MIKE OGNOSKY - 5'11 ", 155, Junior, Moscow, Pa. Mike returns to the
Husky roster this year after spending
a season behind All-Conference and
Honorable Mention All-American
guard, Art Luptowski. Artie has graduated but the experience Mike
gained playing against him should
prove invaluable to him in his play
this year. Mike earned his varsity letNo. 12-13
ter last year, and in the process,
gained a spot in the Husky record book with his accuracy
from the foul line shooting 17-19 or 89.5%. Mike was an
outstanding high school cager playing for "Chippy" Salerno at North Pocono H.S. Mike is enrolled as a social
studies major in the School of Education.

Reb. 13, Avg . .8, Assists 5, TP 55, Avg. 3.4.
BOB PO RAMBO - 6'3", 180, Sophomore, Summit Hill, Pa. Bob begins
his varsity career after a very impressive and successful freshman season. He was the second leading scorer (12 p.p.g.) and leading rebounder
(11) on the 14-1 Burt Reese led JV
team of a year ago. Bob is expected
to continue to do well in these categories for the Husky varsity, who
No. 42-43
desperately need the depth at the
forward position. Playing his high school basketball for
Coach Phil Radar at Panther Valley, Bob comes to Bloomsburg as one of the more fundamentally sound players in
the program. Bob is currently enrolled in the School of
Business as a major in Business Administration.
JERRY RADOCHA-6'5", 190, Freshman, New Cumberland, Po. All-Conference and All-State honors, Outstanding "Closs B" player in the
Harrisburg Area, and now a Husky.
Jerry comes to Bloomsburg as one of
the finest freshman prospects in
years, and it is expected that he will
make a significant contribution to
their winning effort this season. Some
No. 40-41
of the areas that should show improvement with Jerry in the lineup is the team's rebounding strength and inside scoring punch other than John
Will is. An outstanding boll-handler, Jerry will add a
completely new dimension to the Husky style of play. He
is enrolled in the School of Business.
GARY TYLER - 6'5", 185, Junior,
Audubon, Pa. Gory returns to the
Husky lineup ofter earning a starting
position on lost season's team as a
sophomore. He started every game
and finished the year as the second
leading rebounder (8 p.g.) and a
49% shooting percentage from the
floor for a 6.5 scoring average.
Gary's greatest contributions to the
No. 32-33
team are found in his aggressive rebounding and his steady defensive play on the opposition's biggest forward. It is expected that his scoring average will show a marked increase during this 1973-74 season. One of the fine scholars on the team, Gory is enrolled in the School of Business.
Year 1972-73, G 24, FG-FGA 73-149, Pct. 49.0, FT-FTA 10-22, Pct. 45 .5,
Reb. 189, Avg. 7.9, Assists 50, TP 156, Avg. 6.5.
RICH YANNI - 6'2", 170, Sophomore, Ambler, Pa. Last season's JV
team compiled an outstanding 14-1
record, and one of the big reasons
was Rich's team leading scoring
punch (17 p.p.g.) and 9 rebounds
per game average. Rich brings his
great scoring ability to the 1973-74
varsity along with a hustling, aggressive defensive style of play. A jump
No. 20-21
shooter with seemingly unlimited
range, it is expected that Rich will leave many Husky fans
and foe shaking their heads with his scoring antics. He
was an outstanding high school player who gained much
recognition as he led the fine Wissahickon team of Coach
Steve Comer to a season record of 25-1 and District I,
Class A Championship of two years ago. Rich is presently
enrolled in the School of Business.
