September 7-9, 2011 Tropical Storm Lee swept through Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania and
rrippled the town of Bloomsburg and surrounding areas. Some say that Lee hit harder than Hurricane Agnes
did in 1972, sending creeks and rivers to record levels and forcing thousands out of homes. Many residents
voiced that they may just cut their losses and salvage what they can from the diaster and move away.

On September 14, members of the Bloomsburg University football team got involved and
remove debris from

The parade included both Bloomsburg University and Bloomsburg High
School, as they both were celebrating homecoming. The grand
marshals were Ed and Nancy Edwards. Following the parade,
everyone was rockin' out at Roongo's Rock n' Roll Tent Party!
Music provided by Paradox, raffles, food, contests and even a
Guitar Hero competition was just some of the fun to be had.

The men had a great conference meet to end the indoor season on a high note. We
scored some points in a few events that surprised me and left a few points on the
track. Our nationally ranked 4x400 had a relay leg get hurt, so they weren't able to
capitalize on their opportunity. Despite that one hiccup, we couldn't have asked for
a whole lot more.
am very proud of how our team has competed this year,

Women

1

The women had an exciting conference championship to end the indoor season.
Our women performed super. It's nice to have as many PR's and school records as
we did, but it is even more satisfying to have those performances materialize into
team points. We have made some big strides since last year at this time (9 school
records broken during the indoor season this year) and with so many
underclassmen scoring points, it gets me excited for the future of Bloomsburg
University Track and Field!

During Indoor Track season, Kaitlyn broke 3
school records (mile, 3000, 5000). She was
the PSAC Champion in the 4x800m relay
and also scored at conference in the mile and
3000. In addition, she is both a 4 year

Under the artistic direction of Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson, Complexions has
been reinventing dance since its debut in 1994. Featured on So You Think You Can Dance in
the U.S. and Australia, the group's foremost innovation is that dance should be about
removing, not reinforcing, boundaries. Rhoden and Richardson's creative vision shaped the
unmistakable level of athleticism and choreography in ballet their dancers bring to the stage.
