DECEMBER IS: NATIONAL DRUNK AND DRUG DRIVING PREVENTION MONTH Spotlight on: Paul F. Davis Other Observances in Month: Pearl Harbor Day- Dec 7th Human Rights Day- Dec 10th Bill of Rights Day- Dec 15th Why we are proud of this individual: Paul grew up in a substance abusive household. His mother was a major alcoholic and was killed instantly by an 18-year-old drunk driver when he was a kid. He to this day does not drink and will be a designated driver in any alcoholic situation. He himself was also hit by a drunk driver in 2008 by an elderly woman and was nearly killed. Paul F. Davis is a substance abuse victim and survivor. Paul to this day speaks with passion and empathy to bring awareness to anyone who needs it, to be aware of the danger of drunk and drug driving. Paul is a well known and frequently requested substance abuse prevention speaker, who has touched over 88 countries and 6 continents, bringing reassurance to the hurting, healing families, and working to transform people of all ages to live responsibly.
