President’s Report
A. If you ever see any UN related articles, feel free to send them to Cole and we will
watch them as a group.
B. Cole received an email that offered a staging table at A.L.F. to any interested
club. We will have one in front of the courthouse October 06, 2018
a. We may be able to collect donations
b. We need at least two Volunteers

III.

Vice President of Service’s Report
A. We will meet here next week – Tuesday, September 25, 2018 – at 7:00PM,
conduct our normal meeting, and then split into groups to chalk for CU Day of
Service.
B. Next Saturday, September 29, 2018, is the United Way 5k. We will make the
posters for the 5k at next week’s meeting – Tuesday, September 25, 2018.

IV.

Treasurer’s Report
A. We will call the Escape room Friday at 5:00 when they open
B. We made $123.64 this past weekend – Saturday September 15, 2018 and Sunday
September 16, 2018 – through canning at comet
a. The next set of canning dates are Saturday, October 13, 2018 and Sunday,
October 14, 2018 from 11:00AM until 2:00PM
C. We still need Dues from some people.
D. We will send out a sign up next week for comet.
E. We are keeping track of fundraiser participation, so please be an active member.
F. The Yankee Candle Fundraiser ends January11, 2019, so please continue to share
that link.

G. Taylor will set up a fundraiser with Daddy’s.
a. We hope to do it during ALF
b. We could donate part of proceeds to Hurricane Florence rebuilding
