Oct 21 Meeting Minutes
Attendance: Bridget, Taylor, Brendon

For this week, please begin thinking about what committee assignment you may want for the Spring
conference in NYC. Also, if you have any preferred country to try and get for our delegation at the NYC
conference, please let Taylor or me know by Friday Oct. 23. That is THIS Friday. We will be registering for
the NYC conference this weekend using the self-support budget money to cover registration fees.
Bridget wants everyone to stay-tuned for fundraising announcement in the coming days. Lastly, if
anyone would like to edit the recruitment message before Dr. Trejos submits it to Tina Horner, please let
me know by Friday. That’s all for this week.
