11.11 Meeting Minutes
President - Informed club of Dr. Trejos' winter course for Introduction to Model UN,
sending out recruitment poster some time this week., so far only 3 committed for NYC
trip, as of now in-person school for Spring so we will likely continue to utilize Zoom for
meetings for the Spring semester. We can decide about in-person meetings then. We
are meeting next week LAST MEETING
Treasurer - $436 per person to go including hotel room and delegate fee for NYC.
Looking into options for Greyhound, Amtrak, or driving ourselves (will require a parking
fee in NYC), Daphin's fundraiser is a go! If in Clarion, please see Bridget for materials.
Otherwise, materials will be scanned/emailed to members. Fundraiser closes Nov. 30.
