Make sure your luggage is packed and you are at the bus no later than 1 PM We will arrive back to CUP at approximately 6:30 PM FOR YOU TO KNOW: • The price of the trip includes the transportation to and from NYC and the hotel. • You will need to bring money for food and the subway and any spending money you wish to have. FOR YOU TO KNOW • This is an educational trip, it is 100% MANDATORY for every student attending the trip to attend both companies! • When we visit the two firms, each student is REQUIRED to have one knowledgeable question prepared to ask each firm • We will be visiting professional firms, it is extremely important that everyone act professionally and respectfully throughout the entire trip MANDATORY MEETING • If you are going on the trip, you MUST attend the mandatory meeting on WEDNESDAY, October, 13TH AT 7PM in room 110 in Still Hall • There will be an informative presentation on appropriate business attire for visiting the companies FOR AMA MEMBERS • If you have not yet gotten a Yankee Candle fundraising form, you MUST pick one up! • With our new Bylaws, it is mandatory for all members to participate in 100% of fundraising. • You must sell at least $25 in Yankee Candle or you will not be considered an active AMA member.
