SIGN-UPS

We received $1,500 from Student Senate; the trip is
open to all students of Clarion University

Sign-ups are first come, first serve

You must pay your money at the time of sign-up or
you will be put on the waiting list

DEPARTURE FROM CLARION
When? – Thursday, November 14th at 8 AM
Where? – In front of Tippin Gymnasium
DO NOT BE LATE!!
You should arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of time, we
are leaving AT 8 AM

• New York Metro Card prices:
• Single ride is $2.50 – tickets are sold at
vending machines
Please note: MTA Tickets are not sold online &
are not part of the New York Pass

DEPARTURE FROM NYC
When? – Saturday, November 16th at 1 PM

Where? – In front of Hotel Pennsylvania
Once again, DO NOT BE LATE!!
Make sure your luggage is packed and you are at the
bus no later than 1 PM
We will arrive back to CUP at approximately 6:30 PM

FOR YOU TO KNOW:
• The price of the trip includes the
transportation to and from NYC and the hotel.
• You will need to bring money for food and the
subway and any spending money you wish to
have.

• This is an educational trip, it is 100% MANDATORY for every student
attending the trip to attend both companies!
• When we visit the two firms, each student is REQUIRED to have one
knowledgeable question prepared to ask each firm
• We will be visiting professional firms, it is extremely important that
everyone act professionally and respectfully throughout the entire trip

MANDATORY MEETING
•

If you are going on the trip, you MUST attend the
mandatory meeting on WEDNESDAY, October, 13TH AT
7PM in room 110 in Still Hall
• There will be an informative presentation on
appropriate business attire for visiting the companies

FOR AMA MEMBERS

• If you have not yet gotten a Yankee Candle fundraising
form, you MUST pick one up!
• With our new Bylaws, it is mandatory for all members to
participate in 100% of fundraising.
• You must sell at least $25 in Yankee Candle or you will
not be considered an active AMA member.
