OFFICER REPORTS President  The blood drive is on Monday, February 1st and the sign ups sheets are due tonight  Admissions open house is this Saturday. Bre and I will be at the table  As a reminder, men may not recruit for women and women may not recruit for men. Even if you are a Sweetheart.  The delegate retreat is at 5 on Friday in the Suites on Main room 110 A  If there is glitter on anything tomorrow, you will be asked to take it down. Next week, if there is glitter in your room, you will get infractions. No glitter is allowed.  You are allowed metallic puffy paint, gem stones, sequins, and anything shiny.  Songs are due on February 13th for Greek Sing. Be at the Greek office at 1:00pm to turn them in.  The PNM meeting will be at 6:30 in the MPR on Monday, February 1st. VP of Committees  If you have any questions contact Bre at 724-622-5012  Bre will be contacting each committee to set up a meeting with each of the chairs VP of Recruitment  .n/a VPR Assistant  n/a Secretary  No report Treasurer  The total balance is $4454.48  The unallocated budget is $1086.96  Dues are due by February 2 and it is $12 per member. Advisor  Delta Zeta still needs to register on CuConnect  Delta Phi Epsilon has 28 members, Delta Zeta has 30, Phi Sigma 25, Tri Sigma has 32 with 1 member hidden, Zeta Tau Alpha has 27 members with no hidden members.  New chapter contact information sheets need to be completed and turned in next week  Anti-Hazing laws and risk management sheets need to completed and turned in next week  Need to replace Sarah Findlay for NGLA, which will be discussed in New Business  There will be computer training for recruitment. This will start at 6 and take place after the retreat on Friday, February 29th.  Each Chapter’s New Member Educator needs to send Kelly Ryan their education plan in detail before Tuesday at 2:00. If this is not in then, that Chapter will not be able to recruit. COMMITTEE REPORTS: Women’s health and issues:  No report IFC:  Mike Ceaser is part of Come Together Clarion. The meetings are at Tuesday 6:30 in gemmel room 146.
