Cell Culture – Fungal Contamination, double check all cultures and make sure there is no
contamination. Also, CHCKS-1 and 2 looks good. CHCKS-1 (Semi adherent) are beginning to
suspend… Lacking adherence factors? Try Thawing cells from later date? Lastly, when getting in
and out of the -80˚C freezer, be sure you open it, remove the box of cells and close the freezer.
DO NOT KEEP DOOR OPEN and BE SURE YOU SHUT THE DOOR, LATCHING HANDLE
COMPLETELY! If -80 goes down, take ALL lab stocks into -80 in biotech room and freeze down
more stocks
