Cell Culture – CHCKS and Veros are good
Prep Room – No mess, everything is good!
Rat Room – 3 more BALB/C!
Bd – Finishing our Bd Protein Prep and getting ready to utilize our densitometry software and
make some ELISA’s!
BTV – Still purifying the mutant viruses, looking to sequence the strains.
Acetaminophen –
Dental Biofilm – Building up their stocks so they can start making some biofilms on their jar of
teeth.
AntiBiofilm – Making media and coverslips to get some biofilms and treat with Compound P’s
protein precipitate.
Compound I –
Compound P – Distillation went well, are going to be working with the hospital pathogenic
plates! If you’re interested, talk to Kaesi to culture some wicked bacteria.
HSC – Planning for their experiments
Annexin 1 – Repeating the binding experiment!

CPUB is on the 7th and 8th of April, GET DATA if you want to present!
o Travel Grants are due 4 weeks before the conference.
Waiting to hear back about going to pick up the rest of the equipment from the Barnes center!
Thinking about a liquid nitrogen cryopreservation for our mammalian cell lines.
