The effects of hiring the "wrong person " can lead to a high turnover rate; possible litigation; excessive workers & unemployment claims being filed; newly hired employees quitting within the first month; excessive costs of the hiring process; negatively impact employee morale & customer satisfaction and the ultimate financial success of that organization. In this class, the four (4) phases of the hiring process will be explored.
