Trustees, President, and Administrative Council Hold Top Governing Posts The Administrative operation ofEdinboroState College is the responsibil­ ity of the Board of Trustees. This policy making, nine man board delegates the actual operation of the College to President McNerney and his appointees. The College Administrative Council is an advisory unit which convenes at the call of the President under his chairmanship to discuss major college problems.
