May your stay at Edinboro this summer be both successful and enjoyable. We invite you to take part in a program that e^sts solely for your benefit - - the Intramural-Recreation program. In order to provide opportunities for widespread participation the program includes a wide variety of competitive and recreational activities. Both team and individual activities are offered in the men's, women's and coed programs. More activities will be added as in­ terest demands and facilities allow. Participation in the program is entirely voluntary, therefore the success of the program depends upon your enthusiasm and support. Lead­ ership opportunities are also available for those willing to accept the challenge. Ccmmunity services will be made available this sunmer in the form of a 4-H Horse Show and Instructional Swimning. This recreation handbook has been developed to pro­ vide you with essential information about the program. It is to serve as your guide to recreation activities for the summer of 1968. Benefits, which can accrue to an individual who active­ ly participates in physical activities are numerous and varied.
