Dear Dr. Marsh:

We have reviewed your proposal in relation to our 1981 budget
and unfortunately regret that the Borough cannot help with the
book project.

Several cuts had to be made this year, including labor positions
and equipment, and we feel any extra expenditures would not be
warranted.
We hope other options are available for the project since it
was felt it was a worthwhile endeavor.
